A Personal Journey

I grew up in rural Nova Scotia. I was the first in my immediate family to graduate from high school and pursue higher education. That experience taught me persistence and gave me a strong drive to keep moving forward.

I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA). My major is Operations Management. My minor is Marketing. I have continued to build my skills through certifications in Change Management, Human Resources, Leadership, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Project Management, and Event and Wedding Planning. Each credential strengthened how I lead, solve problems, and support others.

Every milestone in my career reflects growth. I listen carefully. I adjust with purpose. I step forward when it matters. These lessons guide my work today. I focus on delivering results, strengthening teams, and creating inclusive spaces where people can succeed.
